What’s compelling about this story is that both the student and the trainer are competing in the same event.
We wanted something that was insulting but was still a good headline. We also wanted something catchy, but not too campy .
Next, we mixed in actual quotes from the subject with paraphrased leader introductions.
Finally, we added a bit of humor to it. Nothing entices a reader to investigate like a funny headline.
